Job summary

Miele Wellington is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our premium appliance team. You will consult with customers to find ideal product solutions, demonstrate features, provide quotations, and guide customers to sales closures.

In this role you will maintain showroom standards, support the Culinary Team with classes, and continually expand product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world class customer service standards with a consultative approach.
• Ability to work and succeed in a team environment.
• Ability to resolve customer enquiries and potential conflicts in a professional manner.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of systems including MS Excel and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, quotations and follow ups, through to closure of sales.
• Ensure showroom and equipment are clean and in line with Miele display standards.
• Support the in house Culinary Team with the coordination of cooking classes.
• Continually learn and improve on product knowledge to offer best solutions to customers.
• Assist with telephone enquiries and general administration duties.
• Assist with trading nights, product training sessions and showroom events.
• Actively participate in the customer engagement framework.
• Achieve and exceed team based targets & KPIs.
