Winger North Shore is seeking a driven Vehicle Sales Consultant to join its established sales team in an open-floor dealership environment, representing six automotive brands across new and used stock.

The role focuses on lead follow-up, customer rapport, and achieving sales targets with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You will work within a supportive group offering ongoing training and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive lead follow-up and prospecting approach.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales systems.
• Hold a full New Zealand driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Sell across Winger North Shore's new vehicle brands and quality used stock.
• Manage and follow up customer enquiries and sales leads.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Utilise the dealership CRM to manage the sales pipeline.
• Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Maximise unit sales and profitability.
• Promote finance, insurance and aftermarket opportunities.
• Ensure showroom and vehicles are presented to a high standard.

Winger North Shore is looking for a driven Vehicle Sales Consultant to join its established sales team.

Representing six automotive brands and operating an open-floor sales environment, this is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse vehicle range and maximise every sales opportunity that comes through the dealership.

Join an established automotive group with a strong presence across Auckland and Hamilton and a long-standing reputation within the New Zealand motor industry.

You’ll bring previous automotive sales experience and a proven ability to perform in a target-driven environment and be proactive with lead follow-up, confident building rapport with a wide range of customers and motivated by the opportunity to maximise your earnings.
