Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Cadet at RV Super Centre in Mangere, Auckland. You will be the first contact for customers, qualifying enquiries and coordinating appointments with the national sales team.

You will learn from a leading RV and tourism business, develop sales skills, and join a supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service and achieving results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centre, appointment setting or sales support environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
• A proactive approach to follow-up and customer engagement
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• A full New Zealand Driver Licence
• Previous automotive or RV industry experience is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer enquiries and coordinate appointments across New Zealand to support the national sales team
• Be the first point of contact for customers, build rapport, understand needs and connect them with the right Sales Consultant
• Handle inbound inquiries and proactive follow-ups to maximize appointment attendance and boost sales performance
• Contribute to a busy, customer-focused environment with a positive, can-do attitude

RV Super Centre is looking for a Sales Cadet to join its team based in Mangere.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales while learning from one of New Zealand's leading RV and tourism businesses.

RV Super Centre is part of Tourism Holdings (THL), New Zealand's leading tourism company and the world's largest commercial RV business. You'll support the national sales team by qualifying customer enquiries and coordinating appointments across New Zealand.

As the first point of contact for many customers, you'll build rapport, understand their needs and ensure they are connected with the right Sales Consultant. You'll work across both inbound enquiries and proactive customer follow-up, helping maximise appointment attendance and support national sales performance.

This is a busy, customer-focused role that would suit someone who enjoys talking with people, is organised, confident on the phone and motivated by achieving results.

This position operates on a five-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
