Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Order and manage office supplies and stationery
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
  • Support the onboarding process for new staff, including preparation of induction materials
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers/clients as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements
  • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining staff records
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative duties and projects as required by management
