Job summary

Franklin Vets in Pukekohe, Auckland region, is seeking a Customer Services - Large Animal to join our on-site team on a full-time basis. You will help farming, lifestyle, equine and companion animal clients with products, services and care, working alongside veterinarians, vet technicians and customer service staff.

The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating vet schedules, and supporting stock management and sales.

Qualifications

• Background in farming or rural sector preferred.
• Knowledge of large animal products is advantageous.
• Willingness to work weekdays and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate vet schedules, appointments and client requests.
• Assist clients with retail sales and product inquiries.
• Manage stock, including ordering, monitoring stock levels and restocking.
• Receive and unpack orders and use a forklift as required.
• Support the wider clinic team to keep things running smoothly.
