Job summary

Franklin Vets in New Zealand is seeking a Rural Sales Representative on a full-time, on-site basis. You’ll work with veterinarians, technicians and client service teams to grow rural sales, strengthen client relationships and deliver value to farming clients.

You will visit farms, coach clinic teams on animal health products, identify local sales opportunities and support marketing campaigns. A qualification in Agribusiness or related rural industry experience, plus strong communication,

Qualifications

• An Agribusiness qualification (or similar) or relevant rural industry experience.
• Experience in agribusiness, animal health, rural retail or business development
• A passion for agriculture and animal health
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills
• The ability to influence, coach and support others
• A current full driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Grow rural product sales through proactive client engagement and farm visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key farming clients.
• Work alongside Branch Managers to identify sales opportunities and develop local sales strategies.
