Rural Sales Representative

Job summary

Franklin Vets in New Zealand is seeking a proactive agribusiness professional to grow rural product sales through active farm visits and client engagement. You will coach clinic teams on animal health products and commercial conversations, helping teams build confidence and drive results.

You will develop strong relationships with farming clients, work with Branch Managers to spot sales opportunities and craft local strategies, and support seasonal campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• An Agribusiness qualification (or similar) or relevant rural industry experience.
• Experience in agribusiness, animal health, rural retail or business development.
• A passion for agriculture and animal health.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills
• The ability to influence, coach and support others
• A current full driver’s licence.
