Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join the ROW team in New Zealand. This role provides broad administrative and operational support across a geographically dispersed function, helping ensure teams, leaders and business processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will coordinate admin tasks, project tracking, travel, vendor onboarding, records and contract administration, while identifying process improvements and supporting global teams.

Qualifications

  • At least three years' experience in administration, business support or team coordination.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional handling of confidential information.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Experience with expense management, ERP, onboarding or document management systems.
  • Experience supporting global teams would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the ROW Leadership Team and wider ROW function.
  • Coordinating team action registers, project tracking and follow-up activities.
  • Supporting travel arrangements, meetings, documentation and general business administration.
  • Assisting with events, distributor due diligence activities and wider operational support as required.
  • Managing vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, expenses and related records.
  • Maintaining business, financial and statutory records to ensure information is accurate, accessible and well managed.
  • Coordinating contract administration, including monitoring renewal, expiry and review dates.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.
  • Coordinating ICT requests, equipment allocation and asset management activities.
  • Supporting office facilities, meeting room bookings and workplace resources.
  • Assisting with onboarding, relocation and repatriation activities for employees and secondees.

We're looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join our Rest of World (ROW) team. This role provides broad administrative and operational support across a geographically dispersed function, helping ensure teams, leaders and business processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a varied role where you'll work across business support, financial administration, employee coordination and operational activities. You'll be someone who enjoys organising, improving processes and helping others succeed.

About the role

Reporting into the ROW leadership team, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations across the function.

Key responsibilities include:
