Job summary

Pullman Auckland is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to help create exceptional guest experiences by maintaining immaculate rooms and public areas to brand standards. Your attention to detail and pride in cleanliness will contribute to a welcoming environment.

You will work on a rotational roster, including weekends, and be part of a dynamic team committed to guest satisfaction and the brand promise of thoughtful, heartful hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Physically fit and energetic for an active, hands-on role.
• Keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation.
• Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Carry out allocated general cleaning duties.
• Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards.
• Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness.
• Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
