Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Auckland is looking for dedicated Housekeeping Team Members who will help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

In this role you will carry out general cleaning duties, service and replenish guest rooms and public spaces, and support a fast-paced, service-driven team with attention to detail and a pride in workmanship.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• You must be physically fit and energetic to take on an active, hands-on role with a dynamic team.
• A keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation.
• Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Carry out allocated general cleaning duties
• Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
• Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness
• Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
