Job summary

NZ Sugar, part of Wilmar International, operates a Chelsea site in Auckland. We are seeking Robot Operators to support packing and warehousing with automated palletising equipment and forklift handling.

You'll transfer goods, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and log downtime and quality checks using Ampla across rotating shifts. NZ residents eligible to work are welcome to apply for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (counterbalance and reach truck).
• Experience in warehousing or store operations.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Be eligible to work in New Zealand immediately.

Responsibilities

• Operating automated palletising and wrapping equipment.
• Transferring finished goods into storage using forklifts and shuttle systems.

About the Role

Are you mechanically minded, safety-focused, and ready to operate cutting-edge robotic palletising equipment? NZ Sugar is looking for reliable and proactive Robot Operators to join our Chelsea site in Auckland.

As a Robot Operator, you'll play a key part in our packing and warehousing operations. You'll be responsible for:

• Operating automated palletising and wrapping equipment.
• Transferring finished goods into storage using forklifts and shuttle systems.
• Supporting packing teams and maintaining high food hygiene standards.
• Ensuring inventory rotation and quality control.
• Recording downtime and quality checks using Ampla.

This is afull-time roleworking on3 rotating shifts (2 weeks per shift):

• Shift 2: Monday - Friday, 2.15 pm - 10.30 pm.
• Shift 3: Sunday - Thursday, 22.15 pm - 6.30 am.

What You'll Bring:

• Forklift licence (counterbalance and reach truck experience).
• Experience in warehousing or store operations.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.

• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
