Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review written comprehensive care plans reflecting residents’ needs.
• Oversee medication administration and staff competency; monitor side effects.
• Provide and supervise nursing care including injections, wound care, and daily activities.
• Prioritise workloads to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic care; hands-on with residents.
• Ensure meals are well presented and the home is clean and well maintained.
• Welcome new admissions and complete necessary documentation; inform GP and relatives of changes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to input into care plans; maintain confidentiality.
