Job summary

Arvida in New Zealand is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team. You will lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning, and delivery of care in a resident-led environment that values Being There, In it Together and Look for a Way.

As a team leader, you will supervise colleagues, ensure medical instructions are correctly administered and documented, and provide proactive, person-centred care while engaging with residents and families and contributing to continuous quality

Qualifications

• NZ RN with current practising certificate.
• Minimum 1 year NZ experience.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts including nights.
• Team leadership skills.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Alignment with our values and purpose.
• Experience in Palliative Care, Dementia and InterRAI preferred but not essential.
