Job summary

Care on Call (NZ) Limited, a nationwide provider of in‑homesupport and nursing services across New Zealand, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team based in Wellington.

You will conduct clinical assessments, review long‑term/complex clients, design service plans, deliver wound care and vaccinations, respond to acute events, and complete InterRAI assessments. This role offers autonomy and a commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) registration or license is required.
• Excellent assessment skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and ability to document care electronically.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and review long‑term/complex clients.
• Develop and review service plans and care interventions.
• Provide wound care and vaccinations; respond to acute events.
• Carry out InterRAI assessments and funding/case management tasks.
