Southern Cross Health Insurance is implementing a new wellbeing rewards experience for its members. As a Rewards Operations Specialist you will oversee day-to-day operations, configure offers, campaigns and earning mechanics, and ensure seamless partner inputs and process flows to deliver a reliable member experience.

You’ll build SME knowledge of the rewards platform, collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Partnerships and technology teams, monitor performance, maintain data integrity,

Qualifications

• Experience configuring loyalty or rewards platforms.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex queries.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across Customer Service, Marketing, Partnerships and tech teams.
• Interest in wellbeing, loyalty or behaviour-change programmes is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain rewards offers and campaigns.
• Escalate and resolve complex rewards queries.
• Develop SME knowledge of the rewards platform.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement offers.
• Monitor performance and data integrity.
• Support requirements, testing, and backlog items.
• Provide insights to shape the rewards product roadmap.
