As our Front of House and Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the face of Southern Cross Health Insurance, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, employees, contractors, and customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our workplace while contributing to a positive employee experience.
2+ years' experience in a corporate reception, workplace services, facilities, hospitality, or customer service environment. Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling administrative and security‑related processes. Confident using Microsoft 365 applications and learning new systems and processes. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently. A proactive, adaptable approach with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience with health and safety processes, access control systems, or workplace services within a corporate environment would be advantageous.
