Job summary

One NZ is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to protect revenue and margins by ensuring accurate, timely billing across products and customer segments. You’ll investigate variances, identify leakage, and work with commercial, finance, operations and technology teams to strengthen controls and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Proficient with Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and data sources integration.
• Interest or experience in AI-enabled analytics is a plus.
• Understanding billing and revenue processes and pricing implications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data-led assurance across the revenue and billing lifecycle to identify missing, incorrect or untimely charges.
• Validate billing outcomes and source data against prices, terms, discounts and contracts.
• Reconcile CRM, order, provisioning, billing and invoice data to spot anomalies and drive resolution.
• Investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrections or recoveries, and propose improvements.
• Assess revenue impact for new or changed products, pricing, campaigns, and systems.
• Collaborate across commercial, finance, operations, technology and vendors to bridge business and technical gaps.
• Maintain clear assurance documentation, risk assessments and reporting for governance and audit.
• Bring assurance expertise into projects to protect revenue and enable change.
