Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing for revenue recognition and ad hoc billing.
• Accrue costs of sales and ensure billing documents are authorized.
• Prepare and post journal entries and receipts.
• Follow up on outstanding debts and check commission calculations.
• Prepare and generate Sales, Cost of Sales, and Gross Profit reports and monthly reporting.
• Analyze Sales, Cost of Sales, and Gross Profit metrics.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
