Goodman Fielder Limited is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to join the North Shore Auckland field team. You will ensure products are on shelf, build relationships with retail partners, and drive territory growth across our iconic brands.

The role requires FMCG experience, strong commercial acumen, and proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI. A driver’s license and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in FMCG or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L, retail operations and customer needs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute field plan within territory to ensure product visibility and availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, store management and GF team.
• Drive growth through discretionary activity, promotions and non-core ranges.
• Manage in-store ordering, returns and reporting using Salesforce and systems.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to support retail strategy.
• Champion safety and wellbeing in-store and with the team.
