Job summary

Goodman Fielder New Zealand is seeking a motivated Retail Territory Manager to join our West Auckland Retail Field team. You will ensure products are on shelf, build strong retailer relationships, and drive growth across your territory.

This hands-on role requires independent work, prioritisation, and a customer-focused mindset, with emphasis on promotions and in-store execution. You will use Salesforce and Power BI to monitor performance and report insights while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in FMCG or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, retail operations, and customer needs.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Power BI, and other business tools.
• Current driver's license (restricted or full).

Responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to join our Retail Field team in the West Auckland area.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are always on shelf, building strong relationships with our Retail partners, and driving growth across your territory.
