Goodman Fielder New Zealand is seeking a Stores Supervisor for the Meadowfresh site in Christchurch. You will lead a stores team, oversee incoming and outgoing goods, manage stock control, and coordinate with production and other site teams.

The role requires forklift experience and OSH license, plus strong safety awareness and computer literacy. Rotating day shifts from 6am to 6pm, with a competitive hourly rate and shift allowance.

• Book out and receipting stock using SAP.
• Promote health and safety and report hazards.

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our business and be part of our success.**The Opportunity:**We are looking for a motivated **Stores Supervisor** to join the warehouse team at our **Meadowfresh site in Christchurch.**You will possess a willingness and an aptitude to learn and ideally have strong warehouse experience along with people management experience. To ensure success in this role, you will have good physical strength and a good eye for detail especially with regards to safety and housekeeping. **Shifts available: Rotating fortnightly shift, 6am – 6pm****Shift pattern available:****Day shift: 6.00am – 6.00pm, rotating two week roster****Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday****Week two: Wednesday and Thursday****Pay rate:** $36.73 per hour + shift allowance ($2.40 per hour)**Key accountabilities of the role include**:* Manage a team of Stores staff and supervise the day to day operations of the department including managing business systems and business performance* Ensure incoming goods are checked and signed for as per internal procedures.* Ensure product is unloaded as per packing slip and all care is taken so unloaded product remains in good condition.* Ensure outgoing goods are checked, loaded and signed for as per internal procedure.* Ensure packaging is supplied to the UHT and Milk Station productions team in a timely manner as per internal procedure.* Assist in weekly stock take counting program ensuring accuracy standards are maintained.* Booking out and receipting stock using SAP software.* Health and Safety minded and prepared to contribute and report hazards constructively.**The successful applicant will have:*** Team management experience* Previous experience managing business systems and performance* Previous warehouse experience with a high element of forklift operation.* Ability to work with and across a range of other site functional teams* Adapt to working in fast paced environment* OSH Forklift license* Computer literate* Team Player**Benefits of working at Meadowfresh:*** 6 weeks annual leave* Generous penal rates* Great superannuation packageYou will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, resulting in a highly collaborative environment.
