Job summary

Goodman Fielder is seeking a motivated Retail Territory Manager to join our Retail Field team in the North Shore Auckland area. You will ensure products are on shelf, build strong relationships with retail partners, and drive territory growth.

This hands-on role requires a results-driven approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of retail operations and P&L. You’ll work with Salesforce, Power BI, and other tools, and have a current driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in FMCG or related field with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, retail operations, and customer needs.
• Computer literacy with Salesforce, Power BI, and other business tools.
• Current driver's license (restricted or full) and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity
