Job summary

Lorna Jane in Christchurch seeks a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead the Westfield Riccarton store. You will direct an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Sales Assistants, driving commercial results while shaping a positive team culture.

You will develop and inspire your people, run a tight, commercially strong store, and ensure exceptional customer experiences, visual merchandising, stock management, and efficient rosters that align with trade and wage targets.
