Job summary

Stylerunner Sylvia Park is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a fashion-forward team and delivering an elevated customer experience. You will drive sales, coach staff, and manage daily operations while shaping a collaborative store culture.

You will work closely with the Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression for you and your team, stepping up as needed to ensure excellence on weekends and throughout a busy roster.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product.
• Confident communication and people leadership skills.
• A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.
• Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how.
• A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment.
• Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
