Job summary

Petstock NZ Limited is opening a brand-new Wanaka store and seeks an inspiring Store Manager to lead from day one. You will build and coach a high-performing team, shape the store culture, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a growing retail environment.

Lead from the front, drive sales, manage stock, and embed a strong Health & Safety culture while supporting local community initiatives and partnerships.

As Our Store Manager, You'll Lead the Way Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing store culture Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives Recruit, onboard, and develop team members Lead from the front, creating memorable customer experiences Foster a strong safety-first culture and champion Work Health & Safety practices Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all inventory processes Stay up to date with pet care, products, and services to support and educate customers Support local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business.
