Job summary

Sportsfuel is looking for a Store Manager to lead the Taupo store, inspiring the team and guiding customer interactions to support healthier, active lifestyles. You will drive sales, ensure brand standards, and foster strong retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend Store Manager meetings (fortnightly, 8.00 am, every second Thursday).
• Provide top-notch service and advice to customers in the Taupo store.
• Grow the store and champion the Sportsfuel brand.
• Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
• Order stock and manage inventory.
• Improve current systems and processes.
• Coach and develop the team to reach potential.
• Collaborate with local gyms to foster relationships & host events.
