Seed Heritage is seeking an experienced Stockroom Manager for our Newmarket Store in Auckland. You will maintain the stock reserves, support the Store Manager to drive sales, and help achieve key KPIs with a well-organised stockroom and efficient stock flow.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills to ensure stockroom is organised and accessible for staff to maximise sales.
• Ability to implement controls to reduce revenue loss due to theft, errors and waste at store level.
• Assist Store Manager to manage store rosters to meet budgeted wage % and trade fluctuations.
• Prepare and process paperwork for stock deliveries and outgoing stock.
• Provide customer service and assistance to customers as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain stock reserves for Newmarket Store and ensure stockroom is well laid out.
• Support Store Manager with stocktakes, replenishment and stock replenishment on the floor.
• Liaise with store staff to ensure efficient stock flow and merchandising compliance.
• Help reduce shrinkage through proper stock controls and loss prevention measures.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks related to stock management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong organisational skills to ensure that the stockroom is organised and well laid out at all times so that store staff can access stock effectively in order to maximise sales on the shop floor.
• Ensure systems are in place to control revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, error and waste at store level (including the reserves for refill)
• Effectively assists the Store Manager to manage store rosters in order to deliver budgeted wage % and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks
• Mitigates loss to the company through effective stock management, administration and theft controls.
• The ability to prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries
• A capacity to conduct daily replenishment's of floor stock including styling and detailing to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
• Customer service skills required to assist and serve customers as needed
