Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking an experienced Part-time Stock Assistant for our Milford Concept Store to maintain and manage stock reserves. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve KPIs while upholding our high visual merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate will keep the stockroom organised, implement loss-prevention measures, assist with stock deliveries and floor replenishment, and provide customer service as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills to keep stockroom organised and well laid out.
• Systems in place to control revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, error and waste.
• Assist Store Manager to manage rosters to meet budgeted wage percentages.
• Mitigate loss through stock management, administration and theft controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organised stockroom and ensure stock is easily accessible for the shop floor.
• Conduct daily replenishment of floor stock and ensure high visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and process paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries.
• Support Store Manager with rostering and wage cost planning.
• Provide customer service support as needed.

Seed are currently recruiting for an experienced Part-time Stock Assistant to maintain and manage the stock reserves within our Milford concept Store.

This role will support the Store Manager to drive sales and performance in order to meet all the key KPIs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong organisational skills to ensure that the stockroom is organised and well laid out at all times so that store staff can access stock effectively in order to maximise sales on the shop floor.
• Ensure systems are in place to control revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, error and waste at store level (including the reserves for refill)
• Effectively assists the Store Manager to manage store rosters in order to deliver budgeted wage % and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks
• Mitigates loss to the company through effective stock management, administration and theft controls.
• The ability to prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries
• A capacity to conduct daily replenishment's of floor stock including styling and detailing to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
• Customer service skills required to assist and serve customers as needed
