Seed Heritage is seeking a Store Manager for our Bayfair Concept Store in Mount Maunganui to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience with a sophisticated sales approach.

You will drive engagement, mentor staff, and collaborate with State Leadership to build a profitable store while achieving sales targets and KPIs. Join us to grow your leadership career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
