Seed Heritage in Tauranga is seeking a Store Manager for its Bayfair Concept Store. You will lead a passionate team, drive a customer-focused culture and deliver an elevated shopping experience through product knowledge and relationship-building.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters, oversee store performance and collaborate with regional leadership to build a profitable, high-performing store that reflects Seed Heritage's modern Australian design and values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
