Seed Heritage in Auckland’s Milford concept store is seeking an experienced Part-time Stock Assistant to maintain and manage stock reserves. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales and KPI achievement, with a Monday–Friday roster and no weekend work.

Key duties include organizing stockroom, loss prevention, paperwork for deliveries, and daily replenishment of floor stock to uphold high visual merchandising standards. Customer service skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and stockroom organization.
• Ability to manage rosters to meet wage budget.
• Strong customer service and merchandising awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise stock reserves to maximise sales on the shop floor.
• Assist Store Manager to drive sales and meet KPI targets.
• Prepare paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries and manage stock deliveries.
• Conduct daily replenishment of floor stock and uphold high visual standards.
• Assist with stockroom controls to prevent losses.

Seed are currently recruiting for an experienced Part-time Stock Assistant to maintain and manage the stock reserves within our Milford concept Store.

This role will support the Store Manager to drive sales and performance in order to meet all the key KPIs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong organisational skills to ensure that the stockroom is organised and well laid out at all times so that store staff can access stock effectively in order to maximise sales on the shop floor.
• Ensure systems are in place to control revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, error and waste at store level (including the reserves for refill)
• Effectively assists the Store Manager to manage store rosters in order to deliver budgeted wage % and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks
• Mitigates loss to the company through effective stock management, administration and theft controls.
• The ability to prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries
• A capacity to conduct daily replenishment's of floor stock including styling and detailing to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
• Customer service skills required to assist and serve customers as needed
