Placements24 is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor for a dynamic, part-time position in Queenstown. You will lead a small team, drive excellent customer service, and manage daily shift operations including cash handling and POS tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment with some supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to store standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and guide the retail team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
• Oversee sales transactions and ensure accuracy at the POS.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving stock and restocking.
• Open and close the store following established procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies by the team.
• Support the Store Manager with training and feedback.
• Handle cash management and end-of-day reporting for the shift.
