Unichem Botany Junction is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our busy community pharmacy team. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and growing the retail side of the business with a focus on OTC and Natural Health products.

The successful candidate will have experience in a busy community pharmacy, be able to manage stock orders, process reconciliations, and uphold retail standards. Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, with location in Auckland, NZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy community pharmacy environment.
• Strong customer service skills to help grow the business.
• Knowledge of OTC & Natural Health products preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers and maintaining retail standards.
• Process stock orders and reconcile accounts.
• General duties as required in a busy pharmacy retail setting.
