Unichem Botany Junction is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our busy community pharmacy team. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and growing the retail side of the business with a focus on OTC and Natural Health products.

The successful candidate will have experience in a busy community pharmacy, be able to manage stock orders, process reconciliations, and uphold retail standards. Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, with location in Auckland, NZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy community pharmacy environment.
• Strong customer service skills to help grow the business.
• Knowledge of OTC & Natural Health products preferred but training is provided.

We are on the hunt for a new Retail Manager to join our team at Unichem Botany Junction.

The ideal candidate is someone who has had experience working in a busy community Pharmacy environment, and able to bring their customer service skills to help grow this part of the business. Knowledge of OTC & Natural Health products is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate.General duties include interacting with customers, maintaining retail standards, process stock orders, reconciling accounts, and much more.
