Job summary

SPCA is seeking a Retail Development Project Manager to drive optimisation across our Op Shops, lead new store set-ups and collaborate with Property, Marketing and regional teams. You’ll plan, procure and implement projects that improve space performance and fundraising capabilities.

You’ll work hands-on with procurement, floor plans, fixtures and visual merchandising, coordinating suppliers and internal teams to deliver initiatives on time while communicating clear plans and outcomes to

Qualifications

Experience managing projects from planning through to implementation.
Experience in retail, store development, property, facilities, visual merchandising or a similar environment.
Strong project coordination skills with multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders.
A practical, hands-on approach coordinating suppliers, trades and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead optimisation projects across existing SPCA Op Shops to maximise sales per square metre.
Support new store set-ups from planning and procurement through to floor plans and fixtures.
Coordinate suppliers, trades and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
Communicate project plans, timelines and responsibilities with Regional Managers.
Identify opportunities through lease renewals, relocations and renovations.
Develop and improve systems, processes and resources for store development.
Monitor project outcomes and showcase impact on sales and fundraising.
