We are looking for a Retail Development Project Manager to bring together our retail teams, suppliers, property partners and internal service teams to deliver new store set‑ups, store optimisation projects and improvements that maximise sales per square metre and support SPCA’s growth strategy.
This is a p ermanent, full-time role, working on a Monday to Sunday roster. Although this is an Auckland-based role, national travel will be required.
SPCA is continuing to grow and evolve our Op Shop network, and this role will play a key part in making sure our stores perform at their best.
As Retail Development Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of optimisation projects across existing stores, support new shop set‑ups and help identify opportunities to improve how our retail spaces work. You’ll take projects from planning through to implementation, getting hands‑on with everything from procurement and floor plans to fixtures, fittings and visual merchandising.
Working closely with our Retail leadership team, Property, Finance, Marketing, suppliers and regional teams, you’ll coordinate projects, communicate work plans and make sure everyone is clear on what needs to happen and when.
