We're looking for a friendly and organised Retail & Customer Service Assistant to join our Albany store team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll help customers find the right products while also taking care of orders, stock and day-to-day administration. With just two team members in the store, we're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys being busy and is always willing to pitch in.

About the role

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in-store, by phone and email

• Using NetSuite and other computer systems to manage customer and order information

About you

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and will go the extra mile to find a solution.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach
• Good communication and people skills
• Strong organisation, time management and multitasking abilities
• Initiative and the ability to see what needs doing and get on with it
• A reliable, adaptable and team-focused attitude
• Experience with order processing, stock control or CRM systems would be an advantage
• NetSuite experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential
