Placements24 is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join the Queenstown retail team. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, process sales, and help ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, calm professionalism under pressure, and experience with POS systems. You will also handle returns, exchanges, and phone inquiries, contributing to the store's welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays in Queenstown.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries, product information, and sales.
