Job summary

Chemist Warehouse South Dunedin is seeking a motivated individual for a Full-time Term Retail Coordinator role. The position supports the Retail Manager in coordinating staff and day-to-day store activities, with a focus on evening shifts and customer service excellence.

We welcome applicants with S2/S3 training or Pharmacy Certificates I-III. Ongoing training and generous staff discounts accompany a supportive team environment in a fast-growing retail healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• S2 & S3 trained applicants highly regarded.
• Pharmacy Certificates I-III highly regarded.
• Experience coordinating staff and supervising store activities is desirable.
• Evening shift availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the floor staff during the evenings.
• Coordinating staff recruitment when required.
• Coordinating staff training and development activities.
• Assisting with customer service queries.
• Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintaining workplace health and safety standards.

Chemist Warehouse South Dunedin is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-time Term Retail Coordinator!

Job Responsibilities

The primary role of theRetail Coordinatoris to assist the Retail Manager in aco-ordinationand supervisory capacity of employees and day to day store activities. In addition, you are also responsible for:

• Managing the floor staff during the evenings
• Coordinating staff recruitment if required
• Coordinating staff training and development activitiesSupporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
• Assisting with customer service queries
• Resolving staffing issues and stockdiscrepancies
• Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
• Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
• Effective supervisory, leadership and people management skills
• Efficient problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems

• Eye for detail and accuracy
