Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the UK. The role involves running a busy branch, buying cars, and delivering outstanding customer service while working to targets. You will manage appointments, negotiate prices, and coordinate with back-office teams and transport.

The position requires a full UK driving license, resilience under pressure, and strong administration and IT skills. A comprehensive bonus scheme and progression opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
