webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the UK. The role involves leading a branch, buying cars, managing customer relationships, and driving targets in a fast-growing network.

You will handle appraisals, price negotiations, and ensure excellent service while coordinating with back-office teams and transport as needed. A driving license is required and weekend work applies.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is required.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

• Excellent administration and IT skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch; act as main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise appointments to meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Support transport department as required when not buying cars.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and priorise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
