Foodstuffs North Island is seeking reliable assistants to join our team in Te Awamutu. The role focuses on picking online orders in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

You will be on your feet for most shifts, need good customer service, accuracy, and the ability to learn our order fulfillment process. Roles available full-time and part-time with training provided.

The successful applicant will be mainly picking online orders. This is a busy, deadline driven position where you need to be able to think on your feet, have great customer service skills and be able to work quickly to achieve our deadlines.

Ideally, you will already have a good product knowledge of the range of items we sell and be able to quickly learn and understand our process for fulfilling orders - yes, we have a few tricks up our sleeve to speed up this process so being able to follow our game plan is the key.

You will need to be accurate to complete orders in a given timeframe and to meet our customer expectations,encouraging customers to use our online service again and again.

This is a physical role - you are on your feet for most of the shift picking orders in the shop.

We are currently looking for fulltime and parttime assistants. This role will work across other departments such as Grocery or Checkouts if required and training will be provided.

Some flex is needed to cover staff absences and changing customer needs reflected in their ordering patterns. We will discuss this at the interview.
