We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant in the Auckland region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive retail environment. You will be required to work between minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours per week. You must be to work late evenings including weekends/public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and general enquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods.
• Receive, unpack, and display stock in accordance with store standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised store environment.

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $24 per hour to $29 per hour.
