Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate staff duties with adequate coverage.
• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and assist with inductions.
• Ensure service standards, hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
