• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Plan and prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and promote staff; manage grievances.
• Instruct staff on sales procedures and handle difficult situations.
• Inspect returns and manage inventory; order stock.
• Price and display goods; enforce safety and security procedures.
