Job summary

Citycare Property in Auckland is seeking a Resource Delivery Manager to lead our self-delivery workforce within The Project Office. You will ensure carpenters, digger operators, hammer hands and site supervisors are resourced and supported for success.

As a leader, you will plan labour, coordinate resources to meet programme, quality and safety requirements, and partner with Project Managers, Engineers and Estimators to support planning and delivery across Auckland projects.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership experience in construction, civil, maintenance or similar.
• Experience leading trade-based or field delivery teams.
• Strong workforce planning and resource coordination capability.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and site sequencing.
• Experience contributing to project cost estimates and delivery planning.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Current NZ driver's licence.
• Proficiency with Excel and operational management systems.

Citycare Property is looking for a Resource Delivery Manager to lead our Auckland-based self-delivery workforce within The Project Office. As Resource Delivery Manager, you will:

• Sound knowledge of health, safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Relevant trade, construction, project delivery or operational management qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Current full New Zealand driver's licence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and operational management systems.
