We're looking for an energetic and inspiring leader to join our Distribution Reactive team, where no two days are the same. In this pivotal role, you'll lead operations across our Reactive Depots based in Unity Drive North- Albany, Silverdale, Warkworth and Henderson, driving the successful delivery of critical network response and infrastructure work that keeps communities connected and the power flowing.
You’ll be at the heart of the action, providing leadership to skilled field crews, delivering expert technical support on-site, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Beyond project delivery, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce by coaching, mentoring, training and developing our people, building capability, promoting compliance, and fostering a high-performing culture where teams can thrive.
