Qualifications

• Experience in residential sales or project coordination.
• Comfortable dealing directly with homeowners and residential clients.
• Good communication skills and a professional customer-service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Sales enquiries from residential customers and homeowners.
• Introduce Sky Window’s residential window and door systems.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information.
• Visit residential sites to take measurements, photos, and project notes.
• Record site conditions, access requirements, and customer expectations.
• Communicate site information clearly to the internal team.
• Assist with preparing information for quotations and project follow-up.
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and the installation team.
• Confirm site access, installation timing, and practical requirements before installation.
• Follow up with customers after installation.
• Receive and coordinate after-sales service and maintenance requests.
• Work with the maintenance team to arrange inspections, repairs, and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate customer records, site notes, photos, and communication history.
