Job summary

Kirk Roberts Consulting in Christchurch is seeking an experienced Structural Technician to join our residential team. You will produce accurate Revit models and detailed structural drawings to support delivery across a range of high-end homes and developments.

You will collaborate with engineers and project teams, focusing on quality, accuracy and timely delivery, while developing your technical skills in a supportive, delivery‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential drafting or structural documentation (essential)
• Strong Revit skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate Revit models and structural drawings
• Support the delivery of residential structural documentation
• Assist with QA checks on designs
• Prepare and update drawings for building consent and construction
• Liaise with engineers and internal design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support project workflow and coordination of project delivery
