Qualifications

• recognised degree in Mining Engineering.
• Full and Current Driver Licence; manual driving preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years post graduate experience in mining engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee short-term mine plans aligned with production targets and monthly plans.
• Review stope designs, drill and blast plans, and other technical documents.
• Monitor plan compliance and adapt schedules as needed.
• Mentor a team of 3–4 engineers in planning and production.
• Collaborate with Geotechnical, survey and operations teams.
